Concord Baptist Church has sent out mission team for many years but this was the first time we had ever do eye glass ministry. It short it was a big success. We are now planning to continue this ministry permanently. KOM was extremely helpful in getting us set up, trained and equipped. Everything worked exactly as KOM said it would. We saw 640 people in fours days of ministry in Central Mexico. During that time we distributed 500 pair of glasses. The appreciation we received from the people made it all worthwhile but that was just the icing on the cake – we also had over 260 decisions for Christ during the four days. People came to improve their physical vision which they did, but that gave us the opportunity to improve their spiritual vision which they did also.

We already have two more mission trips planned in the next few months to continue doing eye glass ministry in Central Mexico. We are excited about the results from this program.
